At lower levels, it is common that strength programs lack essential aspects that help prevent athletes from getting hurt.

Our programming does not interfere with the athlete’s primary strength program, but instead supplements it.

Prescribed exercises are designed to be performed following workouts and are completely customized to both the sport and individual.

This is not a performance training program. It is meant to supplement your sport/primary training to prevent injuries.
