Before You Come In.

  • For new patient's under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to complete informed consent. Following that visit your parent/guardian is not required to stay.

  • Please wear loose fitting athletic clothing to every session. We often end up in the gym performing strengthening exercises.

  • We often use electric stimulation which must be in contact with the skin. If you have a low back or lower extremity complaint please wear shorts. If you have an upper back or upper extremity complaint please where a loose fitting shirt or tank top.

  • Drink lots of water prior to and following each session. It is normal to be mildly sore after therapy but being properly hydrated will drastically reduce how sore you are.

  • Come ready to work! Our sessions are not always easy but they are effective!

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Array Strength is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us at (850) 546-4640 by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 3:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged half price of the missed appointment.

Youth/High School Athletics

All Group Sessions are independently organized and therefore can not be scheduled online. To enquire about having your son, daughter, or self placed into a group for preventative training please contact us through our form below. Please be sure to include, first and last name of the athlete/athletes and any questions you have. If there is already a group that you know you would like to join or if you have a full group created, please include that information in your message. All athletes will be required to perform an individual functional screening prior to starting group training.
